I just received a replacement hose to probably a 10 year old Hoover vacuum, which I hadn’t been able to find in the past. I just wanted to say that I was very pleased when I took it out of the envelope as almost immediately, felt the difference in the weight of the unit. The problem I had with the original hose was that the entire middle of it had collapsed due to thin and lightweight plastic used, inhibiting the suction. The replacement hose which I got from VacPartsWearhouse was significantly heavier duty and more solid. It was a pleasurable experience from the initial search to the product I received today.Thanks a lot.

Just a note to let you know how my thoughts of this transaction. I have a backpack vacuum that I’m using for residential use. Our carpet pile is higher than the commercial type the tools were intended for, making it difficult to use. Doing some research I figured a power nozzle attachment adapted to the backpack would do the trick. Well let me tell you, hooking the power nozzle to my backpack worked out perfect. You can’t believe the amount of dirt extracted from the carpets not to mention how easy it is vacuuming with the backpack. Your service rep. Lisa was more than helpful in filling my needs. It arrived yesterday a full three business days ahead of the estimated delivery date. Your service was outstanding, I can’t express enough just how pleased I am with this entire transaction. I didn’t think that I would be able to find a relay for my 25+ year old Hoover central vac, and if I did, it would cost me an arm and a leg. I sure was surprised whenever Vac Parts Warehouse had the part, and at a reasonable price. After placing my order, I received it the next day. Although it was a little different, it wasn’t hard at all to transpose the wires from the old relay onto the new one, which brought my vac roaring back to life. Can’t say enough good things about my dealings with this company. Don’t shop anywhere else. Their prices and shipping can’t be beat.

I needed a filter and chose Vac Parts because the price was unbeatable. The difference the filter made is unbelievable, my Hoover is brand new again. My suggestion to other customers, if you think you can go a little longer on your old filter, your wrong. Change it and see the difference. I wish to take this opportunity to complement you on your trained personnel, especially a man named John that was on duty this May 30 Memorial Day afternoon. I had received order number —— Eureka “U” Belt and when I went to install the new belt found it to be 3 1/2 inch shorter than the broken one. Not finding that much stretch, my first thought was this is for another model. A phone call to your helpline I was surprised to find my phone call answered by a human being named “John” . After verifying indeed the part that you sent was the correct part for my model, he was most helpful in explaining the hot water treatment to stretch and install.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Followed your suggestions, found functioning spray hose. Dismantled spray tips and although they did not seem clogged at all, after light cleaning making sure they blew clear unit started to work fine again. Either the clog was more serious than apparent or solenoid is starting to fail and for some reason it “unstuck”.   3. Got my parts today. The good: All parts are per my order and seem to be comparable quality to original parts & HEPA filter seems a bit better than original. Belts seem to be directly from Bissell so I expect comparable life. Pricing overall was comparable to buying from Bissell since belts and foam filter were more and Brush and HEPA filter were slightly less. I did have a discount code that made the price about the same as Bissell.

    The (not really) bad: USPS delivery seemed a day slower than what I would expect from UPS or FedEx Ground but that is not a big issue.

    I can see the value-add if you are ordering for multiple brands and also parts identification is better on VacParts than the original manufacturer. Also, seems like more parts are available so all in all it is worth it to consider VacParts as your vendor–especially for parts that are not everyday normal maintenance.
